Our current spotlight franchisees are Heather and Gentry Spell, of Placer County, Ca. We are so happy to be working with the Spells and capturing their exciting adventure, but once this tax season ends we will be looking for another potential franchisee to follow through the process. Heather & Gentry’s Biography
Heather and Gentry Spell were both born in Southern California, but currently reside in Placer County, Ca. They are also building a home in Maui, Hawaii, which should be finished within the year. Although they are both young, they are already successful and established entrepreneurs. In addition to their new franchise business venture, they also run home based businesses allowing them to work from home. Some of their business ventures so far have been ticker brokering, real estate speculators, and construction maintenance. When asked about their dreams, the Spells claim they are hoping to establish financial stability for their family, while having ample time off to spend vacationing with their family. When it comes to business, Gentry explained that they do not often have fears about their ventures, but rather fear a faulty economy that could adversely affect their earning potential.In their spare time, Heather and Gentry like to travel as much as possible, and spend all their free time with their family. Having a house in Maui enables them to visit the islands often, which is one of their favorite pastimes. While Gentry tends to enjoy spending his personal free time working in construction, Heather enjoys dabbling in oil paintings and going shopping! Working with good people in finances is what motivates Heather and Gentry, who know that hard work and diligence pays off. They enjoy working with good people, and stand by quality service and their work ethic. When asked what their best advice is for other people hoping to run a business Gentry explained that a key element is to set realistic goals and follow through with them.By opening a new tax preparation franchise the Spells hope to have more free time during the off season, more stable financial profits, and long term business stability. They also are excited to help others with their taxes and have aligned themselves with Roni’s commitment to provide quality service to taxpayers across the nation. When asked why they chose a Roni Deutch Tax CenterTM Heather notes it was an “incredible franchise opportunity with great cooperate support.”
